Participants will start by learning about the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), a widely recognized framework that guides the design of effective training programs. Through interactive workshops, they will conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements, ensuring that programs are tailored to the specific needs of the workforce. This qualification enables individuals to design and develop learning programs and assessments, with a specialization in instructional design and adult learning principles, which will be reflected on your testamur.
