  • Negotiate Settlements

    Skillfully negotiate settlements between employees and employers in cases of wrongful termination, harassment, or discrimination, ensuring a favorable outcome for the client.

  • Compliance Training

    Design and conduct training sessions for HR teams and management to educate on employment law compliance, minimizing risks of litigation due to non-compliance.

  • Policy Development

    Assist organizations in developing and revising workplace policies to reflect best practices and ensure alignment with the latest employment law standards and requirements.

Typical Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • 3+ years of experience in employment and labor law

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
